The Kappa Chapter house is located at 902 S 6th St in Terre Haute, Indiana. It is a part of the Farrington Grove historical district.

Last spring during Founders' Day the chapter renovated the basement and painted a space scene in neon and glow in the dark paints.

Couch Deck

The inactive room has a couch deck with a projector allowing for viewing comfort. It was made over the summer of 2015 by three brothers and a pike alumnus.

The Kappa Chapter of Theta Xi was founded in 1907 at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. Kappa Chapter is a small chapter consisting of approximately 20 members who are devoted to achieving excellence in their studies. The brotherhood of Kappa chapter also focuses upon creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment in which they can spend their time. 

 

In 1864 Theta Xi was originally founded as an engineering fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, the first professional fraternity. In 1926 it became a general fraternity open to members of all majors.
